Abstract

In automotive applications, seals play an important role for protection against external contamination as well as for sealing function.
The knowledge of hyperelastic behaviour and the use of it within FEM application make possible the simulation of gasket in working condition taken into account tolerance worst case and ensure that the sealing function meet customer target.
